Multi-Rater Feedback Surveys
Personal effectiveness within each key
position is crucial to the ongoing success of the organization. Multi-rater
surveys, or 360 surveys, allow multiple team members, coworkers and/or
managers to give valuable feedback regarding the effectiveness of an
individual’s performance. The results of 360 surveys are used in a number
of ways to enhance and develop the interpersonal skills and effectiveness of
key employees. Multi-rater surveys have become a standard in successful
organizations.

The EQ-i Emotional Intelligence
Business Report is designed for human capital development in organizational
settings. Robust in its content, the Business Report contains
business-specific strategies and action plans that are compatible and
meaningful in the workplace. Content on all 15 EQ-i subscales allows
respondents to focus on emotional and social skills that are consistent with
job performance metrics. Separate sections containing results, development
strategies, and action planning exercises make feedback sessions more
streamlined.
