She coaches all levels of management on issues involving leadership effectiveness, communication and interpersonal skills, and team building. Barbra’s clients come from a variety of industries including healthcare, finance, technology, education, non-profit and government. A partial list of executive and leadership engagements includes Presbyterian Healthcare, The University of New Mexico, Public Service Company of New Mexico, and GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals. An ability to shift challenges into opportunities makes Barbra an excellent coach. She has a talent for honing clarity and is skillful in co-creating strategies that close the gap between the current circumstance and the desired future.
