Barbra White, MBA, PCC
Executive Coach and Organizational Consultant
For over eleven years,
Barbra has worked with executives and leaders from all walks of life
to develop powerful practices and purposeful leadership
capabilities.
A member of the International Coach Federation since 2000, she has
earned the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential after
completing
Coach University's
comprehensive coach training program. Her executive coaching services are designed to help leaders:

In the arena of organizational consulting, Barbra
designs management team development programs, facilitates strategic planning initiatives, and consults on organizational change efforts.
She is
a certified practitioner for
leadership, emotional intelligence, and organizational
assessment instruments from Center for Creative Leadership, Management Research Group, MHS, and
Target Training International.
Clients range from Fortune 500 organizations
to smaller rapidly growing enterprises in the technology, healthcare, finance,
manufacturing, government and non-profit arenas. A partial client list includes Presbyterian
Healthcare, Sandia National Laboratories, Barclays Global Investors,
Genentech, and GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals.
Barbra holds
an MBA in Global Management, a BA in Communication, and has
supplemented her formal education with extensive training
in leadership and organizational development through a variety of institutions including the
NTL
Institute in Washington, D.C. She has been an adjunct faculty member at Anderson School of
Management
at The University of New Mexico, and is a past President
of the New Mexico Chapter of the International Coach Federation. Prior to launching her consulting practice in 2000, Barbra spent 16 years in the
information technology and advertising fields.
